Payment

Payment must be completed within two weeks of receiving the Booking form.

We will endeavor to accommodate changes to confirmed bookings, subject to availability.

Our lessons are scheduled at various times to ensure the best and safest conditions for our clients, depending on tide and wave conditions.

Complaint forms are available at our office.

Cancellation made at least 30 days before the course start date entitles the client to a refund, minus a €20 administration fee.
Cancellation within 29 days allows for rescheduling within two years.
Cancellation within 7 days of the course start date does not qualify for a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel activities due to weather conditions. Refunds will be issued in the form of a coupon for future use.

We have comprehensive liability, accidents, and rescue insurance for all clients.

Clients must:

Have a basic swimming ability (able to swim at least 50 meters in a pool).
Inform us of any relevant medical conditions or dietary requirements.
Clients with conditions that may endanger themselves or others, including alcohol/drug use, pregnancy, or heart problems, are not permitted to participate.

Clients are expected to follow instructions from our surf instructors for everyone’s safety.
